We are very excited to announce that we have opened our pole fitness studio in our new location!

We are offering fun workout pole classes for ladies of all fitness levels.

We also offer bachelorette parties, birthday parties, one time classes for a group, special events, etc.

In the near future we will be hosting specialized advanced pole trick workshops and classes, Aerial Arts such as trapeze and hoop, yoga, etc.!

Specialty Classes & Workshops

Yoga by Candace
A multi-level class beginning with a gentle warm up, then a series of transitioning poses including balances, inversions, and flexibility. There will always be modifications so you can work at the level you are most comfortable with that day. Expect to gain strength, flexibility, and confidence from this yoga flow series. This class is open to anyone, but we will have a slight focus toward gaining flexibility for the aerial arts. (Hoop, trapeze, pole fitness, etc.) Each week we will work on opening and strengthening specific muscle groups most commonly used in aerial arts.
Monday nights @7:15pm. Drop in – no sign up necessary. 
Class is $15 and one hour long.  Bring a yoga mat.

Pole dancing has become recognized worldwide as a fantastic and fun way to exercise! You may have seen it featured on Oprah, Primetime Live, 48 Hours, and Martha Stuart. It has become popular in recent years; attracting women from all walks of life. Women of all ages and fitness levels are finding these classes effective and enjoyable at the same time. (so far our ladies are 18-70!) Because of the element of dance, the variety of music, and the sheer fun of working out with a pole, it often doesn't feel like a workout at all. This can make the likelihood of giving up on your workout due to boredom much less likely. 
Our studio is much more than a place to exercise; we are women who are supportive and care for each other, and class is like a little retreat in our day!  We love hanging out here so much that sometimes it feels more like we just trick ourselves into a fabulously fun workout!  Were else can you work out in a private and safe environment and do it in a skirt and high heels if you want?  Our focus is on Dance, Cardio, Muscle Toning and Grace with confidence and appeal.
