Beginner Pole Basics

Sunday: 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm


Build the basic pole foundations to gain strength and stamina!  Learn to walk, climb, spin, and sit on the pole. Learn basic combos on static and spin with smooth transitions making your body stronger. A perfect class for brand new dancers or pro dancers to brush up on beginning pole moves.

No pole fitness prerequisite required.


$25 for Walk-Ins




Competition Prep

Tuesday: 7:00 pm  


 Flexibility is important for healthy living but even more so for the extremes in sport fitness. This course is for all students.

This course will address techniques and stretches for side splits, center splits, as well as shoulder and back flexibility.

Recommended: Comfortable workout wear/layers. 


$25 fee for Walk-Ins



Beginner Flow

Thursday: 5:00 pm


 Beginner Flow will be grouped in 2 week series. Learn moves and transitions on the floor to incorporate into your own freestyle.   


Included with Unlimited Membership. 

$10 Members. $25 Drop-in.  


Week 1 focuses on break down of the moves and transitions to prepare you for the choreography. 


Week 2 will combine the moves you learned into a choreographed routine.   


Required: Knee pads, socks, heels. (Available to rent)

All Level Class

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 pm

Sunday: 2:30 pm (combined class with Beginner Pole)


The Beginner/Mixed Level Class at 6 p.m. is our all inclusive all level pole class, ranging from beginner to advanced. Learn new tricks based on your skill level from an instructor and learn from others while watching what they are working toward. New mini combos are taught each week.  


No pole fitness prerequisites required.


$25 fee for Walk-Ins 



Sexy Flexy

Wednesday: 5:00 pm


Flow class will incorporate basic low flow tricks and spins and string them together in a sensual and empowering style. Learn choreography to popular jams!


Required: Some pole experience including pirouette, back bend, tush push and booty swoop. 

   

$25 fee for Walk-Ins



Intermediate Pole

Monday: 5:00 pm


 Intermediate Pole class is for comfortable beginners and intermediate pole students.  


Required: Climb to top of pole, comfortable sitting, getting comfortable inverting.  


Safely learn moves like inverting to chopper (standard straddle invert), shoulder mount, descending inversions, aerial inversions, and strengthen your overall technique. Work intermediate tricks on static and spin and put them into combos.  


$25 fee for Walk-Ins
