Conditioning focuses specifically on conditioning basics and fundamentals required for pole. The core of this class inversion conditioning on the floor and on the pole, with lots of core and arm workouts! This class is great for all levels but tailored towards beginners who want to get "a little bit stronger" before or alongside Beginner Pole classes. This class will spend the extra time strengthening your ankles, calves and the additional balance required to safely and comfortably dance in our beautiful and and sassy heels. Squats, leg lifts, inverts, and climbing are just a few basic moves that will be conditioned in your heels. For those wanting an extra burn, ankle weights are recommended.
