There are no requirements to attend this class. Beginner Pole is for first time students and beginners. Come with an open mind and a positive attitude. Learn to walk, climb, spin, and sit on the pole. Learn basic combos on static and spin with smooth transitions. Learn exercises to condition your body to become stronger. The core of this class inversion conditioning on the floor and on the pole, with lots of core and arm workouts! This class will spend the extra time strengthening your ankles, calves and the additional balance required to safely and comfortably dance in our beautiful and and sassy heels. Squats, leg lifts, inverts, and climbing are just a few basic moves that will be conditioned in your heels. For those wanting an extra burn, ankle weights are recommended.
